Memo Paris offers a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging to ensure the highest standards of fragrance integrity. We strive to provide a seamless experience for those wishing to exchange or return their olfactory discoveries.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge via the online portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original box and protective cellophane, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item to confirm its original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
